Lrg 2-story home has plenty of space, this listing is for entire 1st floor-2 bdrms w A/C. 1 bedrooms w queen bed, and 2nd bdrm with full bed and bunkbed (max150lb limit per bed) and a foosball game table. Picnic table in front yard, large covered patio w hammock to enjoy the breeze. 5 min from BQN airport and Aguadilla Pueblo. 2024 New AC added to living room.

Entire 1st floor of 2-story house. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, and we return regularly to enjoy peaceful vacations with our neighbors. Please respect quiet hours after 10pm on weekdays, 12am on weekends. Dogs are allowed with $25 additional fee. If dog scratches furniture or screens, causes other damage or if any feces are not disposed of properly, additional $50 fee will be charged. Dog owner still responsible for any additional damages.

Fly into BQN Aguadilla airport just 5 min drive, otherwise 2 hour drive from SJU San Juan. 10 min from Aguadilla pueblo or 15 min to Rincon, Isabela, Jobos beach. Dogs allowed with $25 fee. Enjoy the west coast with entire family in this comfortable large home. Please remember this is PR. Power outages, internet outages and water outages happen. We do not have solar paneles or water cistern. We have made accommodations to have solar lamps and extra water gallons.

Barrio Borinquen, next to Wilderness beach and Pena Blanca beach. Most streets are cul-de-sacs with little traffic, but 2 min from main street 107. Quiet hours after 10pm on weekdays, 12am on weekends. Be respectful of neighbors, don’t litter. No parties!

Residential neighborhood in cul-de-sac block, very little traffic. Easy parking on street in front of house. Guest has access to entire 1st floor and front yard. Additional 2nd floor units are rented separately.
