House Rules
No smoking inside apartment. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, and we return regularly to enjoy peaceful vacations with our neighbors. Please respect quiet hours after 10pm on weekdays, 12am on weekends.

No parties or smoking allowed. Occupancy limit of 3. Free parking in front of the house. Please remember this is PR. Power outages, internet outages and water outages happen. We do not have solar paneles or water cistern. We have made accommodations to have solar lamps and extra water gallons.
